BioCentric Energy Reports to Shareholders the Positive Results Through Extreme Pressure
12:53 pm ET 07/20/2010- GlobeNewswire
SANTA ANA, Calif., July 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) announced the following information to Shareholders.
Within the last eight days, the Team exposed the new tubing to far more pressure than exerted prior on any tube of any kind that BioCentric Energy has worked with. The results are for all to see... http://99.89.143.46:8081/CgiStart?pa...gle&Language=0
The new and improved fastener devices, the newly designed and implemented breathing apparatus and the entire system held under extreme pressure without a single leak.
Mr. Dennis Fisher, Chairman of the Board for BEHL, stated today, "Last time we subjected our system to this kind of pressure, it was an accident. This time we knowingly and willingly pressurized the system to see if the worst that could happen, did. The results are very encouraging. No leaks... with minimal expansion and elastic characteristics."
Mr. Fisher went on to state, "Upon arrival of the new tubing, we also submitted the product to an accelerated aging device for another source of data in which to evaluate. One month of these tests are equivalent to approximately one year in the harsh Florida environment. When we receive the results, we will announce our information to our shareholders."
Another series of testing being conducted by the scientists here at BEHL is that of nutrients, CO2, sea salt and innoculant that is being mixed throughout the CAB to a homogeneous solution. The delivery mechanisms designed to implement the provisional patent application are now being calibrated for optimum performance.
A very promising client located in Nevada, informed Company Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher that he is finalizing his funding and anticipates purchasing 10-acre PBR systems in Nevada by October, 2010. The Company will provide an update as this project progresses.
Last week, Company President, Monique Berry spoke with Mr. Charles Bensinger, Director of the Santa Fe, New Mexico Community College Alternative Fuels program to begin the first phase planning for training Veterans to work and manage BioCentric Energy's commercial sites that will be located throughout the United States. Berry stated, "Charles is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to begin this endeavor. We are looking very forward to utilizing his students to train Veterans and create valuable employment opportunities." Mr. Bensinger will be visiting the BioCentric Energy headquarters the first week of August. Mr. Bensinger has been running the BEHL closed loop Photobioreactor since late last year.
Chad Hummel of AlgaeVentures stated today that the proprietary screens specifically designed by AV will ship to BEHL in Santa Ana in the next few weeks for the AV/BEHL Algae Harvester Version Three. BEHL Team has been involved for the last nine months of collaboration with AlgaeVentures on a harvesting solution that works specifically on our definitive strains. The ambitions for the solution is to one day provide biomass dried to 10% moisture content straight from the Harvester. At the present, a combination solution is the only way for us to achieve 10% moisture content.

In Touch Tuesday
Dear BEHL Shareholder,
The month of July has flown by as the BioCentric Energy Team put plans in motion to finalize the deployment of its commercial PBR systems in Death Valley Junction, California. The preassembly of the PBR’s corners, tubes and breathing apparatus is underway and the motors and PLC components are in route. Once the preassembly is complete, the parts will be trucked to the Death Valley Junction site located approximately 4 hours driving distance from the Company’s headquarters.
The Company is anticipating a great turn out for its August 21st open house. Shareholders, vendors and clients, many of which are traveling from distant locations will have the opportunity see a multitude of algae strains, touch the working PBR, PLC control, and monitoring systems as well as meet the very dedicated BioCentric Energy Team. Everyday, Shareholders write to the Company about their stock, asking, “should they buy, sell or cry?” Some shareholders like to vent while others provide encouragement and advice on how to improve our operation. Investing into such a cutting edge and pioneering enterprise is understandably a stressful endeavor for some. The BioCentric Energy team understands this and believes in operating in a transparent manner. Therefore the Company installed live web cams, allows shareholder tours, writes weekly PR’s and monthly newsletters to maintain transparency and keep our shareholders informed. The open house event stems from the growing interest of BEHL shareholders and others wanting to learn more about their investment and the future of the Company. Registration for this event is mandatory and can be made through the company website for all individuals including their relatives and friends. www.biocentricenergy.com
Did you know that each algae strain has individual properties, benefits and names? Most major marketing companies and manufacturers believe that by simply stating “algae” and listing it as so in ingredient statements for food, health and beauty applications, that consumers may be turned off. So instead, they often rely upon the scientific name of the algae strain that is often lengthy and hard to pronounce. Algae strains and its derivatives such as astaxanthin, spirulina, chlorella, aphanizomenon flos-aquae, omega-3 and many others are listed as active ingredients in our favorite consumer products. These products consist of peanut butter, eggs, shampoo, cosmetics, face and body lotions, vitamins’ for energy, weight control, antioxidants and organic sources of protein. BioCentric Energy can grow and process these highly valuable strains protected in their closed-loop photobioreactor systems for clients in locations throughout the United States. The need for manufacturers to reply upon foreign suppliers growing algae in open ponds and in unsanitary conditions will soon be replaced. The sky is truly the limit for BioCentric Energy, as the Company’s innovative technology, cost effective systems and the high market demand for algae products will prove positively beneficial for both the BioCentric Energy Team and the valued BEHL shareholders.
