Current update:
Last week we were injecting a high concentration of CO2 into the system to drop the PH level to under 4 for sterilization of both the nutrients and the water within the system – the beta test was a complete success except for one problem … we realized, too late, that the pig was expanding with the high content of CO2 in the water. Two nights later the pig stopped inside the system from increased expansion and burst all the tubes from the intense back pressure created from the stoppage. We have since replaced all the tubes from this extreme expansion and have installed a pressure relief shutoff system to stop this problem from occurring again.
Because we can now sterilize in days instead of weeks, the new scheduled time to introduce the inoculant into the reactor will be targeted for Thursday, June 10th.
We are excited about the new blow molding solution Dr. Goodall is delivering. This new tubing is stronger, a two year warranty, without seams for easier install, and less expensive.
Excavation has begun on our first acre in Southern California … two of the four CABs (Controlled Algae Basins) have been dug and are now in the compaction stage.
We have estimated that the CABs will utilize the geothermal assets for both cooling and heating year round to manage the temperature effectively, efficiently, and economically.
BioCentric Energy's Manager of Research and Development, Mr. Helmut Gass has achieved promising lab results for an economically feasible method of electronic flocculation that will create up to a five percent mass of algae to be dispersed on the BioCentric/Algae Ventures belt harvester for final dewatering.

BioCentric Energy President Provides Shareholder Update
12:31 pm ET 06/15/2010- GlobeNewswire
SANTA ANA, Calif., June 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monique Berry, President, and Board Member for BioCentric Energy's (Pink Sheets:BEHL) announced the following Shareholder Update: Ms. Berry stated today, "I am pleased to announce the following updates to our valued shareholders:
1) The Company has been receiving inquiries from potential clients interested in deploying closed-loop photobioreactor systems in the Midwest states. Much of this interest stems from those seeking avenues to stimulate the economy. Although temperature constraints exist for closed-loop systems and the commercial production of algae, BioCentric Energy's CAB system (controlled algae basin) is designed to overcome many challenges related to temperature. During a visit from one potential client last week, Field Director Jose Sanchez explained that 'for latitudes above the 45th parallel our PBR systems will actually thrive because of the colder temperatures and the high amounts of solar radiation that is received for approximately 12 hours per day. This is comparable to the high production of algae growth in the Northwest Pacific during the summer months.' Currently, Mr. Sanchez is performing feasibility analyses on a multitude of climates and conditions for future deployment of BioCentric Energy's PBR systems worldwide.
2) During BioCentric Energy's daily staff meeting yesterday, Algae Specialist Domini Maddox announced to the group 'the testing of its proprietary algae strains for inoculation at various locations in the United States is going remarkably well. We have been emulating conditions inside our lab to mirror that of the environment and temperatures at our commercial sites. Now that the PBR has been inoculated, I will be testing the pH, nutrient levels, temperature and other vital functions daily to ensure optimum growth.'
3) The Company's Technical Supervisor, Pat Kuykendall has replaced the 'pig' (ball to clean the algae tubes and remove oxygen) with an improved version that is more durable and resistant to the nutrients and CO2 that are inside the PBR system. Furthermore, Mr. Kuykendall has developed and implemented a procedure to slow the initial flow of the CO2 and water into the PBR to improve mixing and lessen the stress on the bags.
4) Because of the growing interest and requests for additional updates, BioCentric Energy will add a new page to its website (www.biocentricenergy.com) that will display photos, information and a more personal view of the company."

BioCentric Energy Provides Shareholder Update
Biocentric Energy Hldgs (OTC) (USOTC:BEHL)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Thursday 17 June 2010
BioCentric Energy (Pink Sheets:BEHL) is pleased to announce the following Shareholder Update.
According to BioCentric Energy's President, Monique Berry:
The Company is proud to reveal that the first commercial site is located in Death Valley Junction, California. BioCentric Energy's Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher returned yesterday from overseeing the final excavation and grading of the land. New roads have been made around the property and waterlines and fences will be installed by the end of the week. The BioCentric Energy staff will be in Death Valley Junction next week to help install the liners that create the CAB (controlled algae basin) that will subsequently house the closed-loop photobioreactor systems. Through the efforts of the Company and its premier client, the historical Death Valley Junction (A Resurrection Farm), will not only produce mass quantities of algae for nutraceutical products (such as Desert Valley Farms LLC, a NV limited liability company), but it will be a part of American history restored. The Company has several clients now interested in deploying PBR systems in Death Valley Junction to produce their own private label nutraceutical products.
In BioCentric Energy's staff meeting yesterday, R&D Manager, Helmut Gass showed the team samples of algae that had been visibly separated from water through his proprietary electrolysis system. Mr. Gass has been working diligently to fine-tune the separation process as he explained to all, "Within only 10 seconds I was able to separate a quart of algae sludge from the water. I am very pleased with the results thus far and will be testing large quantities of algae and different strains in the next few weeks."
The Company has placed an order for 13+ miles of highly robust plastic tubing that will be used at the Death Valley Junction location. This plastic is a proprietary blend of materials constructed to withstand the high temperatures in Death Valley Junction and other locations. Also, this plastic will serve as a replacement for the plastic tubes in the Company's commercial demo system located in Santa Ana, California.
Following the submission of the business plan for the state of Utah, BioCentric Energy will be writing similar plans in the next few weeks targeting states in need of new industries and employment opportunities.

SANTA ANA, Calif., June 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monique Berry, President, and Board Member of BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL), today announced the following Important Shareholder and Investor Updates:
Ms. Berry stated today, "I am pleased to announce the following updates to our valued shareholders & Investors:
1) Prior to the expiration of the Company's 90-day mandatory probationary review for all employees, Dr. Brian Goodall tendered his resignation effective as of June 21st, 2010 as BioCentric Energy's Chief Executive Officer. In the interim, Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher will resume the responsibility as CEO while the Company seeks a qualified candidate to fill this position.
2) Today, Dennis Fisher, Pat Kuykendall, Brendon Paxton and several others will be on site and working in Death Valley Junction. The team will deploy the liners and components of the CAB (controlled algae basin) that will house the PBR system. The installation of the 4 liners (encompassing 1 acre) is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 23rd.
3) For the past several months, BioCentric Energy has been growing a multitude of algae strains in the Company's Santa Ana laboratory. While some algae strains are grown for their Omega- 3 (EPA), others are being grown for their health and beauty properties. Because several strains are thriving so well in the laboratory, BioCentric Energy decided to construct a scaled-down gravity fed PBR system (located next to the commercial demo system in Santa Ana, CA) to quickly test the growth rate of several strains in an outdoor closed-loop PBR system."
