All components for Version III of BioCentric Energy's Algae Pro Photobioreactor system have been paid for and the few remaining items for assembly are in route to South Carolina, with an anticipated delivery date of Tuesday, March 16th, 2010. Also, BioCentric Energy anticipates delivery of all outstanding plastic and minor components at their Santa Ana headquarters early next week.

BioCentric's Joint Venture partner, South Carolina-based Renewed World Energies, yesterday announced they are now a publicly traded company and trading on (PINKSHEETS: AVNE).

Algae specialist Domini Maddox is in the process of relocating from Austin, Texas and will arrive at the Company's headquarters on Monday, March 15th to commence working onsite with the BioCentric Energy team. Ms. Maddox and BioCentric Energy's dedicated lab technician Jason Paxton, will be working diligently to inoculate the algae (for Omega3 / EPA) in preparation for cultivation in the Company's commercial closed-loop photobioreactor.

The BioCentric Energy laboratory is currently in the process of being renovated to improve the functionality of the lab and to create a "clean" lab environment. The Company has purchased an autoclave, incubator and a hood system, to ensure that the algal remains free of contamination before it is placed in the commercial closed-loop photobioreactor.

Many shareholders have inquired as to when the BioCentric Energy website will be updated. We are pleased to announce that a new website for the company is under construction and will be a great source of information on the Company's business plan, objectives as well as feature animated renderings of the BioCentric Energy's closed-loop system, PLC and site plan. As a corporate honoree at the National Inventors Hall of Fame and an impressive career spanning 30+ years in the USA and Europe, Dr. Goodall has worked for companies such as the Royal Dutch/Shell group in Amsterdam and BF Goodrich. While working for a major US Biofuels producer, Imperium Renewables, Dr. Goodall led the team that made the jet fuel for the first-ever commercial test flight (Virgin Atlantic, London) in February 2008.

Holding several Executive positions in the petrochemical, energy and renewable energy sectors, Dr. Goodall, was most recently the Vice President of Downstream Technology for Sapphire Energy, (located in San Diego, CA), where he was instrumental in enabling the use of algal-derived jet fuel in the first US commercial test flight (Continental Airlines, Houston) in January 2009 and algal derived fuel for the Algaeus cross-country drive in the late summer of 2009. BioCentric Energy Announces New Talent on Board for the Deployment of Our Commercial Closed-Loop System

(PINKSHEETS: BEHL) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc., in preparation for the commercial deployment of its proprietary closed-loop Photobioreactor systems in locations throughout the US, the Company has retained the services of independent contractor Jose Sanchez as its Field Operations Director.

BioCentric Energy's CEO, Dr. Brian Goodall stated today, "This is a highly specialized position requiring proven experience in all aspects of microalgae production including the selection of production sites, procurement of the appropriate permits, validation of commercial algae production operations and development of profitable algae products. Jose's extensive experience in large scale algae production and his broad and deep skill set make him uniquely qualified for this critical and challenging role. I am delighted to bring Jose on to the BioCentric Energy team which is now staffed for the successful implementation of our business plan."

With an outstanding academic record, Mr. Sanchez is a Harvard graduate with a Masters degree in Environmental Health. Also, Mr. Sanchez has a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering both from Monterrey Tech, Latin America's Top University. Mr. Sanchez has experience in growing algae in both Photobioreactors and open ponds, and has built and deployed both systems in different and often challenging locations. For the last two years Mr. Sanchez was General Manager of the Mexican subsidiary of Aurora BioFuels Inc., one of the top companies in the production of algae for BioFuels in open pond systems. At BioCentric Energy Mr. Sanchez will be relied upon to ensure that the land, water, nutrients and other natural resources are suitable for the Company's closed-loop Photobioreactor systems and subsequent commercial growth of algae. BioCentric Energy Plans Travels to Evaluate High Yielding and Cost-Effective Algae Oil Extraction Options

(PINKSHEETS: BEHL) announces that while developing its low-cost, commercial closed-loop integrated photobioreactor systems, the Company has invested significant time and effort researching all potential methods and processes for extracting oil from algae. With several extraction methods to choose from, BioCentric Energy's goal was to develop extraction methods that would be cost effective, environmentally friendly and yield the highest amount of algae oil.

Although the Company has successfully extracted significant quantities of oil using their in-house developments and partnerships, their research has revealed new alternative processes that could afford even higher yields of high quality oil from a given algae strain.

In the next 30 days, the BioCentric Energy team of engineers and scientists will be traveling extensively throughout the US to witness first-hand, and evaluate these new and innovative methods for extracting algae oil.
