Company President, Michael E. Burton, Stockholm, Sweden today released the following information statement for Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc.

The company recently suffered a dramatic series of events in which the former board of directors abandoned the company and its operations, causing a traumatic series of events which led to the closure of the Santa Ana, California corporate offices.

Council has been retained to address all outstanding State and Civil disputes along with any debt accrued in California while under control of the company's previous management.

Professional services have been retained for the "PinkSheets" company information filings with the intent of providing all corporate and financial information and the revised business plan to PinkSheets with the goal of being restored to current information status.

The Death Valley Junction, California project has been assigned in its entirety to joint Venture partner Arthur B. Clark III, thus relieving Biocentric Energy of any future costs attached to completing and operating the project.

Company President Michael E. Burton today released the following information statement for Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc.

Since the previous Press Release on January 10th, 2011 the company has made the following overall progress:

Biocentric has secured a satellite office location in Scottsdale, Arizona for the pursuit of Algae derived natural health bottled water products and for the administrative facility for the "Waste to Green Power" division.

The company has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a 2 acre secured land parcel and transfer station in the Scottsdale area for the creation of landfill and foliage waste to Electricity on site. Negotiations are in progress for the acquisition of the equipment, which will process several forms of waste through a gasification process to "Green" power which will be feed directly in to the "Power Grid" system, resulting in monthly revenues from the state's Power Companies. The business model also provides for revenues from the waste disposal companies as a "tipping charge" similar to landfill dumping charges. Negotiations are currently in progress for the use of the technology with several other landfills in the greater metropolitan area.

Eco Waste Control Acquires Controlling Interest in Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc & Appoints New Board of Directors

Company President, Michael E. Burton, today released the following information statement for Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc along with his resignation from the Company effective today.

Effective June 6th, 2011, Michael Burton, outgoing President, transferred controlling interest of Biocentric Energy Holdings to ECO Waste Control, Inc a San Diego, California based "Green Technology" waste recycling equipment company.

The newly appointed Vice President is Brian Zola. Karen Prentice is the Secretary, Treasurer and Director.

The company will be announcing a new President & CEO; in the meantime Brian Zola will take the role of interim President & CEO effective immediately.
